miko has an extensive customer service department, which is permanently on hand to look after all our customers’ needs. We take the hassle out of ordering by arranging for your dedicated customer service rep to call you at a convenient time to take your next order.

Technical Service

miko employs a team of highly trained technicians nationally offering comprehensive back up on all systems handled by the group including Faema, Brewmatic, Stentorfield, Rheavendors and Bravilor.

All our technicians go through a rigorous selection process and are factory trained in Italy, Belgium and Germany receiving regular training sessions to ensure their knowledge is up-to-date. All miko vehicles are equipped to high level to ensure a very high first time fix rate.

Spare Parts

miko operates an efficient next day spare parts service from our HQ near to London. The highest degree of technical back up is not a luxury for our customers, it comes as standard.
